Leased and managed by RSL (Queensland Branch) Nui Dat House offers accommodation for veterans, ex-service members, their dependants and other personnel who are homeless as a result of crisis. Short-term accommodation is also available for those needing specialist medical treatment or counselling.

Residential Costs
Residents are asked for a contribution of $20 per day, which includes accommodation and all meals. The evening meal is prepared by the on-site cook Monday to Friday, and all other meals are available from the self help kitchen.
Facilities
Nui Dat House provides a safe and caring retreat for all residents with plenty of space on the property. Public transport is close by and Harbour Town Shopping Centre is within walking distance. Other facilities include:

· Barbecue area;
· Under cover car park and double garage.
Accommodation
The House is air conditioned and ceiling fans are in each room.
The house has:
· 1 x double room with a double bed and single bed, and
· 2 x single rooms.
All facilities at Nui Dat House are shared including the bathroom amenities.
House Rules
House rules are rules about the use, enjoyment, control and management of the premises. We ask residents to not interfere with the reasonable peace, comfort or privacy of other residents. Alcohol or illegal drugs are not permitted at Nui Dat House. The Co-ordinator will explain the house rules when you call to make a reservation or when you arrive.
