TIP is a joint venture of ex-service organisations and Veterans’ Affairs providing training for members of the ex-service community as Pensions Officers, Welfare Officers, Case Officers and Advocates.
If you are seeking appointment or are interested in working as a volunteer Welfare Officer, Pensions Officer, Case Officer or Advocate, you can undergo the appropriate training to carry out that role.
Through TIP, the following types of training are conducted:
- Welfare Officers’ Seminars
- Pensions Officers’ Seminars
- Advanced Pension Officers training
- Advocacy Skills Course
