Receptionist
- Based at State HQ, Fortitude Valley
This is an exciting opportunity to take on an administration role based within Queensland’s leading Ex-Service Organisation.
You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries for RSL (Qld Branch) State Headquarters. This is a busy role interacting with a broad spectrum of people and plays an important part in creating a positive impression of the organisation. Working within a small team, you will also be involved in supporting the wider administration functions.
To be successful you will have previous experience in a reception role including switchboard operations, a strong customer service focus, solid administration ability, excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive and mature outlook, and be able to work autonomously whilst maintaining a team approach.

PR Officer
- Based at State HQ, Fortitude Valley
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join the Communications Department as a PR Officer within Queensland’s leading Ex-Service Organisation.
The successful candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, event management experience, knowledge of how media outlets work and a proven record as a valued team member. Reporting to and working with the Communications Advisor, you can expect to write media releases and articles for RSL Queensland’s quarterly magazine, respond to media inquiries, assist with event management, contribute to marketing and communication plans to promote the RSL brand and co-ordinate creative agencies.
In return, the PR Officer will be challenged in a busy but supportive environment and be given opportunities to make a positive and worthwhile contribution to the goals of the Communications Department and the future direction of RSL (Qld Branch).

Analyst
- Based at State HQ, Fortitude Valley
- 12 month contract
This is an exciting opportunity to take on an analyst role based within Australia’s most successful charitable lottery.
You will be responsible for analysing direct marketing activity to assess campaign performance and profitability and provide strategic advice to stakeholders. The position will also liaise with diverse stakeholders and key contractors to identify further operating efficiencies. Providing support and guidance to staff in the use of data and information processes, policies and procedures is also an important element of this role.
To be successful you will have tertiary qualifications in business, statistics, mathematics or IT
- Experience in a similar role with a background in data analysis and strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS SQL and Analysis Services, data manipulation and reporting tools and processes
- Superior communication and presentation skills
