The Mareeba RSL Studios comprises eight studio units in a private and communal environment.
The studio units contain:
- open plan living and bedroom area
- air-conditioning and ceiling fan
- kitchen
- one bathroom
- internal laundry
- undercover carport.
A vegetable garden encourages residents to connect as a community.

If you have served in the ADF and can live independently, you are eligible to apply.
Housing is allocated on a needs basis, with consideration given to financial circumstances.
