Defence Families Program - Happy Paws Happy Hearts

Free 8-week program for current or ex-serving ADF members and their families to strengthen communication, nurture positive relationships, and improve their health and well-being.

In partnership with RSL Queensland, Happy Paws Happy Hearts will be running a free Defence Families program for current and ex-serving Australian Defence Force members. 

Families joining this unique 8-week group program will learn animal training skills while working with the shelter animals in the care of RSPCA WACOL. Along the way, families build strategies for better communication and cohesion and engage with other participants and the broader community. 

The program runs every Saturday from 1.00pm – 3.00pm at the at the RSPCA  Happy Paws Happy Hearts, 139 Wacol Station Rd, Wacol, QLD 4076.
