Rec Connect - Archery and Giant Swing

RSL Rec Connect helps veterans and their families connect through a diverse calendar of recreational events. RSL Rec Connect events are held throughout the year in various locations across Queensland. Veterans and current serving Defence members, and their partners and children over 8 years old are welcome to this event.  

Whether you’re looking to get your adrenaline pumping on the Giant Swing or test your skills on the Archery range this event at Camp Warrawee is perfect for you. 

Event Highlights: 

• Experience two activities: All participants will have the opportunity to complete both the Giant Swing and Archery.     
• Catered Lunch: This event also includes a delicious lunch which will be enjoyed between sessions. 

Requirements:

• This activity is open to ADF Veterans, current serving Defence members, their partners and children aged over 8 years old only.  
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.  

What to bring:

• Activewear or clothes you can exercise in
• Enclosed Shoes 
• Hat, Water bottle.  

Please note that prior to the event, you will be required to complete an RSL QLD waiver. All attendees will be unable to participate without completing the waiver.
